Olio Nece is an extra virgin olive oil “Terre di Siena” P.D.O. with a high content in polyphenols which is made from the cold pressing
of olives rigorously from our farm. The P.D.O. certification secures that cultivars have been selected to represent the finest Tuscanness
(Leccino, Frantoio, Moraiolo, Pendolino). In order to minimize acidity, olives are pressed within 12 hours from harvest, which is anticipated
to mid October. This practice generates a low returning yield by weight in oil, but an excellent quality: as a matter of fact Olio Nece is
constantly granted awards internationally across USA, Europe and Asia.
Olio Nece is currently converting to organic farming. Last but not least the oil is blockchain verified.
